Betting Tips & Predictions
We’re going to post one betting analysis each day and we’ll gather them together here:
Betting Odds – Who is favourite to win ECS Season 7 Finals?
If you are wondering where to place your outright bets for this event, we have a solution. This time around, we gathered together the best odds on the market for ECS Finals.
Betting Preview & Our First Predictions
Without any doubt, Astralis is an absolute favourite here. This team is doing phenomenal job everywhere they go. Out of the last 5 big events, Astralis was first at 3 and second at 2. Only ENCE and Liquid somehow managed to stop them in the grand finals but those teams are not playing at this tournament and Astralis is almost without competition, except maybe MIBR. The odds are not so good, currently, 1.50 at Betway and you will have to place a high amount of money on a single bet in order to win something. We would not recommend that because every high bet is a risky bet and Astralis just lost against ENCE with 2-0.
Considering that, the same thing can happen on this tournament against MIBR especially now when there is a Vertigo in the active map pool. The smartest outright bet you can place here before the tournament is to bet on 2 teams to win their groups. The odds on MIBR to win Group B are at 2,20, combine that with 1,20 on Astralis to win the Group A and you got yourself 2,64 odds on a decent bet. The odds are better and the risk is smaller. This scenario will most likely happen and those 2 teams will win their groups but we can’t know who will win in the grand finals.
Betting Tip: Astralis and MIBR to win their groups OR MIBR to win their group
Odds: 2.64 OR 2.25
For those who prefer risky bets, there is always a risky option. Both teams MIBR and Vitality are in great form and they have a chance to triumph here. MIBR won 5 out of last 5 matches and 2 of those matches were against Liquid. This is a great indicator of their current form and how strong this team really is.
On the other side, Team Vitality is also stepping up. They were 1st at cs_summit 4 after winning against both Liquid and ENCE. Despite the fact that summit was their first big tournament, they are doing a great job on other tournaments too. Vitality is currently ranked as 4th team on HLTV list and this is their best placement and best form so far.
Additional suggestions: Low bets on MIBR and Vitality to win this tournament.
